Can I apply even if I have a humanities background? Are chemical knowledge or skills required?
We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds, including science and humanities, for sales and production management positions. We especially welcome those who enjoy interacting with people and who can persevere in their work.
For those aspiring to research positions, a basic understanding of chemistry is essential. Specialized technical skills will be acquired after joining the company.
Is relocation required?
Generally, there are no such transfers. *However, there is a possibility of a departmental transfer within Tokyo.
How many hours of overtime do you work per month?
It's not that I don't have any time off at all, but it's about 5 hours a month on average.
Is an online interview possible?
The first interview may be conducted online. The second interview will be held in person at our office, and we will cover your round-trip transportation costs.
