At our factory, we are continuously working to automate and streamline our manufacturing lines in order to ensure consistent quality and a safe working environment.Creating a system that enables highly accurate management while reducing the burden on people.We are proceeding with this.
Younger employees are also participating in the planning and verification of improvements, and a wide range of projects are underway, from small improvements based on feedback from the field to large-scale improvements that affect the entire factory.
Automation is not about "reducing the number of people,"Creating an environment where people can focus on higher-value tasks.While enhancing workplace safety, our future plans include optimizing the manufacturing process through data utilization and implementing predictive maintenance to prevent problems. Understanding the field, understanding the technology, and driving improvement – the opportunity to experience all of this from a young age is the real appeal of this project.
